This Timken Medium 300K Series double sealed ball bearing with no snap ring is suitable for applications that support radial, thrust, and combined loads. This bearing is classified "Medium," making it applicable for average to above average radial loads, light to average thrust loads, and heavy shock loads. Deep raceways keep the balls stable under high rotational speeds, and the steel cage evenly spaces the balls of the bearing for reduced friction, vibration, and noise, making the bearing suitable for electric motor applications where quiet operation is required. The bearing has rubber seals on both sides to keep out contaminants such as dirt and grime and to hold in lubricant applied at manufacture. Medium double sealed ball bearings are for heavy-duty applications such as large electric motors, gear boxes, and commercial machinery such as industrial lathes and mills, among many other applications.
