Valve Penetrant (Liquid)

EZY-OPEN valve penetrant is designed to penetrate scale, rust, corrosion and old oxidized hardened valve lubricants which can disable or make valves extremely difficult to operate. EZY-OPEN can be purchased as a soft Gel or as a Liquid specifically formulated from a select group of non-flammable, nontoxic and biodegradable fluids capable of softening or dissolving valve lubricants and sealants, residual gums, lacquer, scale and corrosion deposits. EZY-OPEN Liquid and Gel contains a powerful dispersant and detergent to aid in the removal of gum and lacquer, metal wetting agents to aid in the penetration of scale and rust, and PTFE to reduce the torque required to break the valve-free. When the valve operates freely, the appropriate EZY-TURN valve sealant product should be injected into the valve to provide long term lubrication and sealing.

APPLICATIONS - EZY-OPEN valve penetrant is designed to penetrate and lubricate disabled or hard to operate lubricated valves. Excellent for use in any injectable assembly to aid in disassembly.
