This Timken Light 200 Series double sealed extra width inner ring single row ball bearing with no snap ring is suitable for applications that support radial, thrust, and combined loads. This bearing is classified as "Light" for use in limited space applications or for average loads. It has a wide, extended inner ring for providing increased support to the shaft. The proportions between the bore, outside diameter, and width make it appropriate for a broad variety of applications involving high speeds where quiet operation is required. The bearing uses Timken’s Mechani-Seal design where the rubber seals on both sides are reinforced with metal help keep out contaminants, such as dirt and grime, and to hold in lubricant applied at manufacture. Light 200 Series bearings are for use as a general purpose bearing in high speed, low-noise applications, such as commercial and consumer pneumatic and electric tools and motors, among others.
